Webinar: County Health Rankings & Roadmaps 101 and Website Tour
We know that much of what influences our health happens outside of the doctor’s office—in our schools, workplaces and neighborhoods. The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps program helps communities create solutions that make it easier for people to be healthy in their own communities, focusing on specific factors that we know affect health, such as education and income. The County Health Rankings & Roadmaps 101 webinar will give a general overview of the County Health Roadmaps program. This webinar will also feature a tour of the new, updated website features that will be available when the 2013 Rankings are released on March 20th.
On this webinar we will discuss:
• Why we rank and why rankings are useful;
• The County Health Rankings model and measures;
• The 4 components of the County Health Roadmaps project;
• A tour of the updated 2013 Rankings & Roadmaps website and its new features; and
• How to use the Rankings & Roadmaps to ignite action in your community.
In addition, there will be time for you to ask us your questions about the County Health Rankings & Roadmaps.
This webinar will be Wednesday, March 27th from 3-4 pm Eastern Daylight Time, 2-3 pm Central Daylight Time, 1-2 pm Mountain Daylight Time, 12 Noon – 1pm Pacific Daylight Time, 11am – 12 Noon for Alaska Daylight Time, and 9-10 am for Hawaii.
