Webinar Recording: Emerging Models to Improve Access to Healthy Food at Municipally- or County-owned or Operated Venues
On September 14, 2016, the National League of Cities and the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), and speakers from the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI) and the City of New Orleans participated in a webinar highlighting examples of how city leaders are creating opportunities for their residents to access nutritious food where the live, learn, work and play. Presenters shared the progress they have made as a result of their LMCTC participation as well as innovative tools and resources for sustaining efforts to build healthier communities.
